Returns & Exchanges 

If the sizing or style is not quite right we will happily exchange the item or provide you with store credit if we don't have the size you require in stock.

Please ensure you are looking at the colours listed online for the item you are purchasing, as the photos posted to our social accounts have a professional filter applied which can alter the colour of our clothing items. All Colours as listed and shown as true to colour on our website.

*We do not exchange or refund any items purchased on clearance, or for a change of mind for items on sale.

*We do not offer refunds on any item, only exchanges.

If the sizing you have selected is not quite right we can set up an exchange for you to get the right size in your hands! Just follow these steps:

1. Let us know! Give us a heads up by emailing us at byron.brooklyn@hotmail.com

2.The item will need to be posted back to us at your expense.

3. Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for is our flat rate fee from $9.95 for Australian packages and $20 for International packages.  You will be notified via your Paypal email address for the request of the postage upon receipt of your exchange item.

4.The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.

5. Exchanges must be applied for within 30 days from the delivery date of your package.

6. Byron+Brooklyn Co. reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
